目的:探究雷公藤多苷片对难治性肾病综合征患者血脂、尿蛋白肾损伤分子1(KIM-1)水平以及尿TH糖蛋白的影响。方法:选取我院肾内科收治的难治性肾病综合征患者187例,采用双盲法将其分为两组。对照组83例,予西医常规治疗;实验组104例,予以口服雷公藤多苷片治疗。观察患者治疗前后血脂、尿蛋白、肾组织KIM-1的变化情况。结果:1治疗后,实验组总胆固醇、甘油三酯以及尿蛋白显著低于对照组(P<0.05);2治疗后,实验组患者肾损伤分子1含量均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);3治疗后,实验组患者的尿TH糖蛋白含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:雷公藤多苷片可有效降低难治性肾病综合征患者血脂、尿蛋白以及肾损伤分子1,对一般激素治疗无效的难治性肾病综合征患者治疗效果显著、见效快,值得临床广泛推广。
Objective: To investigate the effects of Tripterygium glycosides tablet on the levels of serum lipoprotein, proteinuria and renal damage molecule 1 (KIM-1) and urinary TH glycoprotein in patients with refractory nephrotic syndrome. Methods: A total of 187 patients with refractory nephrotic syndrome admitted to Department of Nephrology of our hospital were divided into two groups by double-blind method. The control group of 83 cases, routine treatment of Western medicine; experimental group of 104 cases, to be taken orally Tripterygium glycosides tablets. Before and after treatment in patients with lipid, urine protein, renal tissue KIM-1 changes. Results: 1 After treatment, total cholesterol, triglyceride and urinary protein in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). After treatment, the content of the molecule 1 in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.05) ); 3 after treatment, the experimental group of patients with urinary TH glycoprotein content was significantly lower than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Tripterygium glycosides tablet can effectively reduce blood lipids, urinary protein and renal injury molecule in patients with refractory nephrotic syndrome. 1.
