采用不同的工艺对汽车用La/Y稀土复合改性铝合金进行热处理,并进行了力学性能和耐腐蚀性能的测试与分析。结果表明,分级均匀化处理和自然时效后强化烘烤,可以明显提高汽车用稀土复合改性铝合金的力学性能和耐腐蚀性能。与常规均匀化处理相比,分级均匀化处理可使其室温抗拉强度增加14 MPa,室温伸长率增加3.6%,-20℃冲击吸收功增加30.4 J,0℃冲击吸收功增加21.1 J,腐蚀电位正移226 m V;与自然时效和人工时效相比,自然时效后强化烘烤能提高其力学性能和耐腐蚀性能。
Different technologies were used to heat-treat the La / Y rare-earth composite modified aluminum alloy for automobile, and the mechanical properties and corrosion resistance were tested and analyzed. The results showed that the mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of rare earth composite modified aluminum alloy for automobiles can be obviously improved by the grading homogenization treatment and the natural baking after strengthening. Compared with the conventional homogenization treatment, the grading homogenization treatment can increase the room temperature tensile strength by 14 MPa, the room temperature elongation by 3.6%, the impact absorption energy at 20 ℃ by 30.4 J and the impact absorption energy at 0 ℃ by 21.1 J, The corrosion potential was shifted by 226 mV. Compared with the natural aging and artificial aging, the natural aging enhanced baking can improve its mechanical properties and corrosion resistance.
