外源基因的插入是否会改变受体作物的生态适合度是转基因生物安全评价的一项重要内容。本文通过田间笼罩实验研究了转cry1Ab抗虫水稻(B4b92)及其对照非转基因水稻(MH86)对不同密度梯度褐飞虱Nilaparvata lugens(0、10、20、40、80、100、200头/笼)为害的产量响应。结果表明,在褐飞虱各个密度梯度下,与MH86比较,B4b92各产量参数(单穗总粒数、单穗实粒数、总穗数、千粒重、总产量和产量损失率)基本均无显著差异,仅单穗总粒数、单穗实粒数和总穗数在个别褐飞虱密度下有显著增加。回归分析发现,两种水稻的单穗总粒数、单穗实粒数、总穗数、总产量和产量损失率与褐飞虱密度均呈线性关系。随着褐飞虱密度的增加,B4b92产量损失率逐渐高于MH86。该研究对于评价非靶标害虫胁迫对转基因抗虫水稻生态适合度的影响具有重要的意义。
Whether the insertion of foreign genes will change the ecological fitness of the recipient crops is an important part of the safety evaluation of GMOs. In this paper, field experiments were conducted to study the effects of cry1Ab-resistant rice (B4b92) and its control non-transgenic rice (MH86) on Nilaparvata lugens (0,10,20,40,80,100,200 heads / cage) with different density gradients Yield response. The results showed that there was no significant difference in yield parameters of B4b92 (total number of single panicle, single panicle, total panicle, thousand-kernel weight, total yield and yield loss) compared with MH86 in all density gradients of BPH. Only single panicles, single panicles and total panicles had a significant increase at individual N. lugens density. Regression analysis showed that the total grain number per panicle, grain number per panicle, total panicle number, total yield and yield loss rate of rice were linearly correlated with the density of BPH. With the increase of N. lugens density, the yield loss rate of B4b92 was gradually higher than that of MH86. This study is of great significance for evaluating the impact of non-target pest stress on the ecological fitness of transgenic insect-resistant rice.
