我厂是专营压力仪表和环保测试仪器的企业,全厂职工380人。前几年,由于企业管理较差,对标准化工作不够重视,又未设专职标准化人员,因而对标准化的重要性认识有限,时有无标生产、有标不贯的事发生,企业也无一定的工作管理标准,故给企业带来了一定损失,经济效益上升幅度亦缓。从1976至1982年之间,厂年总产值总是在140万元左右徘徊。事实和教训说明,企业欲提高产品质量,必须先抓标准和用标准化手段进行管理。
Our factory is an enterprise specializing in pressure gauges and environmental testing instruments. There are 380 employees in the factory. In previous years, due to poor corporate management, insufficient attention was paid to standardization work, and no full-time standardization personnel had been set up, so that the importance of standardization was limited. There was no standard production and there was a case of non-conformity. The work management standards have caused a certain loss to the company and the economic benefits have also slowed. From 1976 to 1982, the factory’s annual output value was always around 1.4 million yuan. Facts and lessons show that companies want to improve product quality, must first grasp standards and use standard methods for management.
