目前国内异丙苯法生产苯酚丙酮装置,苯酚单元氧化工段的过氧化氢异丙苯含量的测定多数工厂采用碘量法进行检测,该方法操作危险性高且加热过程中产生的挥发性物质危害人体健康。少数工厂对过氧化氢异丙苯含量在13%~87%时,采用测定过氧化氢异丙苯的比重,再通过数据表查得过氧化氢异丙苯的含量,对于测定含量低于13%的过氧化氢异丙苯该方法不准确。为了克服以上几种缺点,简便分析,本文介绍了一种利用高效液相色谱测定过氧化氢异丙苯含量的分析方法。该方法操作简单,适合于苯酚单元氧化工段生产过程中对过氧化氢异丙苯含量的控制分析。
