平板3D-DSA在宫颈癌介入治疗中的临床应用

目的:评价平板3D-DSA在中晚期宫颈癌介入治疗中的临床应用价值。方法:对96例中晚期宫颈癌患者进行子宫动脉化疗栓塞术,将所有患者分成实验组(平板3D-DSA组,42例)和对照组(普通DSA组,54例),两组术中化疗药物和栓塞剂差异无统计学意义。观察两组影像学表现、临床疗效和毒副作用,并统计分析血管损伤的发生率、造影剂用量、透视时间、手术时间。结果:96例患者每侧均有1支子宫动脉,子宫动脉均增粗、扭曲。实验组造影剂用量、透视时间和血管损伤的发生率比对照组少(P<0.05),两组手术时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),实验组血管损伤的发生率比对照组少。结论:平板3D-DSA在中晚期宫颈癌介入治疗中大大减少了透视时间,对中晚期宫颈癌介入治疗具有重要价值。 Objective: To evaluate the clinical value of plate 3D-DSA in the treatment of advanced cervical cancer. Methods: Ninety-six patients with advanced cervical cancer underwent uterine arterial chemoembolization. All patients were divided into experimental group (42 for plate-shaped 3D-DSA group) and control group (54 for common DSA group) Drugs and embolic agents showed no significant difference. The imaging manifestations, clinical curative effects and side effects of the two groups were observed. The incidence of vascular injury, the amount of contrast medium, the time of fluoroscopy and the operation time were analyzed statistically. Results: There were 1 uterine artery on each side in 96 patients. The uterine artery was thick and twisted. The incidence of contrast agent, fluoroscopy time and vascular injury in the experimental group were less than those in the control group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in operative time between the two groups (P> 0.05). The incidence of vascular injury in the experimental group was less than that in the control group . Conclusion: The plate 3D-DSA greatly reduces the fluoroscopy time in the interventional treatment of advanced cervical cancer, which is of great value for interventional therapy of advanced cervical cancer.
