目的 探讨国家三类新药 脑溢安颗粒 (NYA)对脑出血大鼠脑内碱性成纤维因子 (bFGF)蛋白和mRNA表达的影响 ,从而为治疗脑出血 ,促进神经功能的修复提供理论依据。方法 用Ⅶ型胶原酶诱导大鼠脑出血模型 ,并进行行为学计分、免疫组化、Northernblot及吸光度扫描。结果 模型组的行为学计分在术后 2 4h时开始降低 ,7d时明显降低 ,脑溢安组在 3d时明显降低 ;免疫组化结果显示 ,bFGF蛋白和mRNA的表达在 3d时达到高峰 ,7d时逐渐减弱 ,脑溢安组在各个时间的表达均强于模型组。结论 脑溢安治疗脑出血能增强bFGF的表达 ,从而使行为学得到改善 ,这可能是脑溢安促进神经功能修复的主要机制之一
Objective To investigate the effect of three types of new drugs, Nao Yi An Granule (NYA), on the expression of basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) protein and mRNA in rats with intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH), and to provide a theoretical basis for the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage and the promotion of neurological function. Methods Rat model of intracerebral hemorrhage was induced by collagenase type Ⅶ, and behavioral score, immunohistochemistry, Northern blot and absorbance scanning were performed. Results The behavioral score of the model group began to decrease at 24 hours and decreased significantly at 7 days. Nao Yi’an group was significantly decreased at 3 days. Immunohistochemistry showed that the expression of bFGF protein and mRNA peaked at 3 days, 7d gradually weakened, Erythromycin group at all times the expression were stronger than the model group. Conclusion Nao Yi An treatment of intracerebral hemorrhage can enhance the expression of bFGF, so that behavioral improved, which may be Nao Yi An to promote neurological repair one of the main mechanisms
