食盐是膳食中不可缺少的调味品。常言说,“开门七件事,柴米油盐酱醋茶”。食盐在医疗中的作用古人早有论述。李时珍在《本草纲目》中说,“百病无不用之”。食盐具有清热、解毒、凉血、润燥、通便、止吐之功效。现代医学对食盐的治病及养生保健作用也极为重视。 笔者在日常生活中利用食盐养生保健,颇有体会,现总结介绍如下。

Modern medicine on the role of salt treatment and health care also attach great importance. I use salt in daily life health care, quite understand, are summarized below.
