本文介绍我室所建立的 EA-IgA 和 EA-IgG 免疫酶检测法,应用此法检测 NPC 病人血清204份,正常人血清50份,结果治疗前 NPC 病人血清 EA-IgA的阳性率和 GMT 为75.8%和1:32.73,EA-IgG 为87.4%和1:60.63,均显著地高于对照组病人和正常人,其特异性优于 VCA-IgA,EA-IgA 更好。EA-IgA 和 EA-IgG抗体滴度随着 NPC 病程的进展而上升,放疗后抗体滴度下降。与免疫荧光法比较,免疫酶法敏感性高,方法简便,值得推广。
This article describes the EA-IgA and EA-IgG immunoenzymatic assays established in our department. This assay was used to detect 204 serum samples of NPC patients and 50 samples of normal human serum. Results The positive rate and GMT of serum EA-IgA in NPC patients before treatment were 75.8% and 1:32.73, EA-IgG were 87.4% and 1:60.63, both significantly higher than those in the control group and the normal population. The specificity was better than that of VCA-IgA and EA-IgA was better. The titers of EA-IgA and EA-IgG antibodies increased with the progression of NPC, and the antibody titers decreased after radiotherapy. Compared with the immunofluorescence method, the immunoenzymatic method has high sensitivity and simple method and is worthy of promotion.
