原发于肝脏的圆柱瘤型腺癌罕见,特报告一例于下:患者女性,32岁,四川籍,1977年8月31日因右上腹疼痛、肝脏长包块而入院。在一年前开始右上腹阵发性隐痛,半年前巩膜曾发黄,经医治好转,其后腹痛发作较频,日渐加重,食欲下降、消瘦,同时发现右上腹长包块,逐渐长大。 Cystic carcinoma adenocarcinoma, which is originally found in the liver, is rare. The treatment improved, followed by more frequent episodes of abdominal pain, increasing weight, loss of appetite, and weight loss.
