目的 :对牙体牙髓病病人进行根管填补治疗的功效情况展开讨论与剖析。办法:随机抽取我科室2015年2月至2016年2月期间治疗牙体牙髓病的病人80名,依据根管填补情形将病人划分为察看组与比较组,针对察看组的40名病人进行量充治疗,比较组的40名病人进行超充治疗,比较这两种根管填补治疗期间病人疼痛发生机率以及手术特效。结果 :治疗进程中,察看组术中疼痛名数2名,占比5%,明显低于比较组18名(45%),手术后察看组病人治疗的有效率(90%)显然高于比较组(52.5%),p<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论 :根管量充技术治疗特效很显然高于根管超充技术治疗特效,况且采用量充治疗办法的牙体牙髓病的病人疼痛感远低于采取超充治疗的病人,临床特效十分明显,值得大面积推广。 OBJECTIVE: To discuss and analyze the effect of root canal filling therapy on dental pulp disease patients. Methods: 80 cases of dental pulp disease were randomly selected from our department from February 2015 to February 2016.
