目的:观察杜仲叶水煎液对肉杂鸡抗氧化功能的影响。方法:选用1日龄肉杂鸡272只,随机分成4组:对照组饮用自来水,低,中,高给药组饮用含杜仲叶水煎液的水(含生药量分别为5,10,15 g.L-1),试验期6周。于2,4,6周末各组随机抽样8只肉杂鸡心脏采血,测定血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活力和丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果:杜仲叶各剂量组血清中的SOD,GSH-Px,CAT的活力均显著高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01);而血清中MDA的含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:杜仲叶水煎液能提高肉杂鸡的抗氧化功能,并且存在一定程度的正向量效关系。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of decoction of Eucommia ulmoides leaf on antioxidative function of meat-chicken. METHODS: A total of 272 1-day-old broiler chickens were randomly divided into 4 groups: drinking tap water in the control group, drinking water containing Eucommia ulmoides leaf decoction in the low-, medium-, and high-dose groups (5, 10, 15 gL-1), 6 weeks test period. At the end of 2,4,6 weekends, blood samples were collected from 8 randomly selected chickens. The serum levels of superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) were measured. ) Vitality and malondialdehyde (MDA) content. Results: The activities of SOD, GSH-Px and CAT in serum of each dose group of Eucommia ulmoides oliv was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05 or P<0.01), while the content of MDA in serum was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Or P<0.01). Conclusion: Decoction of Eucommia ulmoides leaves can improve the antioxidation function of meat hybrid chickens, and there is a certain degree of positive vector effect.
