提出了大功率IGBT驱动模块具体研制方案,构建了驱动模块功能框图,完成了模块的设计,结合电路介绍了模块功能的实现方法。此驱动器具有良好的驱动性能和完善的保护功能,具有高可靠性、高共模抑制比、高隔离电压、自带驱动电源、驱动功率大等特点。最后对驱动电路进行仿真分析,并对模块样机进行测试。仿真与测试结果证明,本文提出的高压隔离型驱动方法和驱动模块实现方案具有良好的驱动与保护性能、可靠性高。
Proposed high-power IGBT driver module specific development programs, the construction of a functional block diagram of the driver module, the completion of the module design, combined with the circuit describes the implementation of the module functions. This drive has good driving performance and perfect protection, with high reliability, high common-mode rejection ratio, high isolation voltage, comes with drive power, drive power and so on. Finally, the simulation analysis of the drive circuit, and the module prototype for testing. Simulation and test results show that the proposed high-voltage isolation drive method and drive module implementation scheme has good driving and protection performance, high reliability.
