针对煤矿井下主排水系统能耗高的现状,提出了一种优化的节能控制方案。方案充分利用了水仓的储水能力,结合了“避峰填谷”的用电策略与水泵变频调速控制技术的优势,通过模糊控制算法实现;在Matlab/Simulink中设计了矿井主排水系统的仿真模型和模糊控制器,并进行了仿真,仿真结果表明水位曲线更加接近“W”的形状,电机的启停次数减少,降低了矿井排水成本,达到了节能减排,高效经济的运行目的,验证了所提方案的有效性。
In view of the high energy consumption of underground main drainage system in coal mine, an optimized energy-saving control scheme is proposed. The scheme made full use of the water storage capacity of the water storage tank, combined with the power strategy of “averting the valley” and the advantages of the pump frequency control technology, through the fuzzy control algorithm; designed the mine owner in Matlab / Simulink The simulation model of the drainage system and the fuzzy controller are simulated.
