在起重机的行走机构设计当中,通常行走机构均在直轨上行走或是半径较大的弯轨上转弯后再进入直轨上行走,这样对控制系统没有特殊要求,但对于在连续小半径的弯轨上行走,有方案使用液压系统作为行走机构的控制系统,可以解决在弯轨处的差速的问题,但存在成本较高、配套件较多且维修技术要求较高等问题。本文介绍的变频差速行走机构控制系统,可以实现在连续的且较小半径的弯轨上行走,并且很好地解决了液压控制系统中所存在的问题。弯轨示意图如图
