0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb 是马氏体沉淀硬化型不锈钢,其化学成分中的C、Cr、Ni和Cu 的含量均在氯化镁介质应力腐蚀敏感范围内。因此 0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb 钢在氯化镁介质中具有应力腐蚀敏感倾向,本文通过改变热处理工艺,提高了0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb 钢的耐应力腐蚀性能。
0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb martensitic precipitation hardening stainless steel, the chemical composition of C, Cr, Ni and Cu content in the magnesium chloride medium stress corrosion sensitivity range. So 0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb steel has a tendency of stress corrosion in magnesium chloride medium. In this paper, the stress corrosion resistance of 0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb steel is improved by changing the heat treatment process.
