为了正确评价玉米花粉山楂口服液的抗衰作用,我们研究了该口服液对老龄小鼠红细胞SOD酶活性及心肌组织过氧化脂质含量的影响。本组试验共用小白鼠40只,采用双重对比法。试验组和对照组每日分别饲以3%的口服液及自来水,连续45天。其中试验组小鼠红细胞SOD酶活性及心肌组织过氧化肥质含量分别为424.42±109.83(u/cm3)和619.13±91.63(nMol/wet·wt·g),而对照组则分别为215.40±145.40(u/cm3)和759.73±135.93(nMol/wet·wt·g)。差异显著(P<0.001或P<0.05)。结果表明,该口服液具有良好的抗衰作用。另外,本文对红细胞SOD酶活性的测定方法也进行了探讨。
In order to correctly evaluate the anti-aging effect of corn pollen extract, we investigated the effect of the oral solution on the activity of red blood cell SOD enzyme and lipid peroxidation in myocardium of aged mice. In this group of experiments, 40 white mice were used and double comparisons were used. The test group and the control group were fed with 3% oral liquid and tap water each day for 45 consecutive days. The activity of red blood cell SOD enzyme and the content of peroxidation of myocardial tissue in the experimental group were 424.42±109.83 (u/cm3) and 619.13±91.63 (nMol/wet·wt·g) respectively. The control group was 215.40±145.40 (u/cm3) and 759.73±135.93 (nMol/wet·wt·g), respectively. The difference was significant (P<0.001 or P<0.05). The results show that the oral solution has a good anti-aging effect. In addition, the determination method of red blood cell SOD enzyme activity was also discussed.
