本实验在于说明 FCG 可以反映冠脉血流量。狗的冠状动脉左前降支(LAD)予以轻度狭窄,Rx、Ry 和 Fmin 值都增大,说明 FCG 这些参教的变化比由冠状动脉左旋支狭窄引起的变化提前出现(左旋支在中度狭窄时,才出现 FCG 的变化)。当狭窄程度达列中度或重度时,除了 Rx 在中度狭窄不发生明显变化外,其余指标都显著性增大(p<0.05),Fmin 和 Rxy 增大程度尤其明显(p<0.01),心率(HR)和冠脉血流量(CBF)显著性下降,主动脉平均压(Pa)轻度下降。在冠状动脉血流量减少的情况下,通过冠脉灌注硝酸甘油(8μg/min)10分钟后,HR、CBF、Rx、Ry、Rxy 和 Fmin 没有明显变化,而小冠脉远端平均压(Pc)降低(p<0.01),Px、Py 也降低(p<0.05),在相同情况下,灌注烟浪丁,HR 与 Pa 几乎不变,Pc 和 CBF 明显上升;除 Fmin,FCG 所有的指标都增大(p<0.05)。在冠状动脉狭窄情况下,麦角新碱可诱发血管收缩,反映在 Pa、HR 和 CBF 轻度下降和 Pc、Px、Py、Fmin、Rx、Ry 和 Rxy 显著性上升,冠脉灌注麦角新碱(0.2μg/min)后,FCG 的指标随着缺血程度的改变而变化。在Qxy、Hxy 和 PIH 中未发现有规律性的变化。
This experiment is to show that FCG can reflect coronary blood flow.
