沙漠地区昼夜温差大,光伏铝型材氧化膜容易开裂失效。现行标准GB/T 8013.1-2007已无法满足实际使用要求。笔者参照沙漠高温地区环境特点提出了新的试验条件,能有效地区分光伏铝型材氧化膜抗热裂性的优劣,并通过引入热裂纹指数(CTI)概念,为光伏铝型材氧化膜分类评级提供数据基础。
