目的:研究微量元素硒、镉对裸鼠人肝癌细胞的协同影响作用。方法:将SMMC-7721人肝癌细胞接种于ALB/C-nu/nu裸鼠,癌细胞成活后,分组分别每日腹腔注射同体积不同浓度的硒、镉溶液,分别于第10、20天观察肝癌细胞的变化。结果:腹腔注射镉组抑瘤率减小并变为负值,肝癌细胞的细胞凋亡率减小,且随着镉浓度的增加抑瘤率负值的绝对值逐渐加大,癌细胞的细胞凋亡率进一步减小;而腹腔注射硒组,抑瘤率和肝癌细胞的细胞凋亡率均增大,且硒的抑瘤率和肝癌细胞的细胞凋亡率均与腹腔注射硒的浓度成正相关。结论:镉可促进肝癌细胞在体内的生长,而硒可明显抑制机体肝癌细胞的生长。
Objective: To study the synergistic effect of trace element selenium and cadmium on human hepatoma cells in nude mice. Methods: Human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line SMMC-7721 was inoculated into ALB / C-nu / nu nude mice. After the cancer cells survived, the mice were intraperitoneally injected with different concentrations of selenium and cadmium solution in the same volume, and observed on the 10th and 20th day respectively Changes in liver cancer cells. Results: The intra-peritoneal injection of cadmium reduced the inhibitory rate of tumor cells and became negative, and the rate of apoptosis of hepatocarcinoma cells decreased. However, the intraperitoneal injection of selenium group, tumor inhibition rate and hepatocellular carcinoma cell apoptosis rate were increased, and selenium inhibition rate and hepatocellular carcinoma cell apoptosis rate were consistent with the concentration of intraperitoneal injection of selenium Related. Conclusion: Cadmium can promote the growth of liver cancer cells in vivo, while selenium can significantly inhibit the growth of liver cancer cells.
