自开放因特网商业使用以来,网上的电子商业交易急剧增长,但是有关交易付款及数据保护,一直是许多集团及信息业所努力解决的问题。 1995年起,信用卡国际组织、信息产业及网络安全专业集团等开始组成战略联盟,共同合作研发电子商业的安全交易。1996年,由MasterCardInternational、Visa International、IBM、Microsoft、Netscape、GTE、Verisign、SAIC、Terisa共同制定的标准SET(Secure ElectronicTransaction)正式发表,它覆盖了信用卡在电子商业交易中的交易协议(Transaction Protocol)、数据保密性(Privacv)、数据完整性(Integrity)、数据认证(Authentication)及数字签名(Digital Signature)等。这一标准是公认的因特网标准之一,很有可能成为未来“电子商业”的规范。
Since the opening of the Internet for commercial use, there has been a dramatic increase in e-commerce transactions online, but transactions and data protection have traditionally been a problem that many groups and information industries are trying to solve. Since 1995, credit card international organizations, information industry and network security professionals have formed strategic alliances to jointly work together to develop secure transactions in e-commerce. In 1996, the standard SET (Secure Electronic Transaction), jointly developed by MasterCard International, Visa International, IBM, Microsoft, Netscape, GTE, Verisign, SAIC and Terisa, was formally published and covered the Transaction Protocol of credit card in electronic commerce transaction. Privacv, Integrity, Data Authentication and Digital Signature. This standard is recognized as one of the Internet standards, is likely to become the future “e-commerce” norms.
