目的调查都匀市归兰水族乡6名留守儿童发生食物中毒的原因,为类似事件处置提供参考。方法进行现场流行病学调查,同时采集剩余样品进行植物形态学鉴定。结果依据GB 14938-1944《食物中毒诊断标准及技术处理总则》和WS/T 6-1996《桐油食物中毒诊断标准及处理原则》,结合流行病学调查、患者临床表现以及样品的鉴定结果,判定是一起因误食桐子仁导致食物中毒事件。结论必须加强学生饮食卫生和安全知识的指导教育,相关部门建议结合当地实际,制定出台针对留守儿童(学生)的管理政策,加大对农村食物中毒预防知识的普及宣传力度,避免类似事件发生。
Objective To investigate the causes of food poisoning in six left-behind children in Shui Township, Gui Lang, Dujian, so as to provide references for the handling of similar incidents. Methods Epidemiological investigation was conducted on the site, and the remaining samples were collected for plant morphological identification. Results According to GB 14938-1944 Diagnostic Criteria and Technical Treatment of Food Poison and WS / T 6-1996 Diagnostic Criteria and Treatment Principles of Tung Oil Food Poisoning, combined with epidemiological investigation, clinical manifestations of patients and identification results of samples, It is a result of food poisoning caused by eating Tongzilin. Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen the guidance and guidance of students’ hygiene and safety knowledge on food. Relevant departments suggest to formulate management policies for left-behind children (students) according to local conditions and intensify publicity of prevention and control of rural food poisoning so as to avoid similar incidents.
