利用ZJWNNC标准函数建立浮选过程药剂用量与矿浆性质之间的关系模型 ,并进行仿真试验。仿真结果表明 ,模型输出能以较高精度逼近样本数据。以模型为基础开发西林铅锌矿浮选过程药剂用量智能咨询系统 ,并进行工业试验。工业试验的结果表明 ,系统提供的药剂制度能够稳定浮选作业 ,提高回收率 ,具有一定的实用价值
Using the standard function of ZJWNNC, the relationship between the dosage of the flotation process and the nature of the slurry was established and the simulation test was carried out. The simulation results show that the model output can approximate the sample data with high accuracy. Based on the model, an intelligent consultation system for the dosage of flotation reagents in Xilin lead-zinc mine was developed and industrial tests were conducted. The results of industrial experiments show that the system provided by the pharmaceutical system to stabilize flotation operations, improve recovery, has a certain practical value
