南水北调中线穿黄隧洞进口段长35m,分为A、B两洞平行布置,完成开挖和一期支护后的结构尺寸需满足穿黄隧洞泥水平衡式盾构机出洞的要求,完成衬砌后的结构尺寸需满足穿黄隧洞过水要求。A、B两洞间距仅约16m,渐变段部覆盖层薄,属浅埋黄土隧洞,洞身低于原始地下水位近40m,开挖施工中难度较大,对洞身变形控制要求高,开挖前和开挖过程中采取多种手段进行施工降水,洞口段采用双侧壁导坑法施工,洞身段采用CRD法(交叉中隔墙法)施工。本文主要对CRD法的应用进行了总结。
