广泛用于内燃机车、拖拉机、河船、海船动力装置的带涡轮增压器的高速柴油机,在使用过程中湿式气缸套往往产生穴蚀现象。美国菲利普石油公司进行了一系列的实验室试验,以确定在冷却剂中添加各种防冻剂、抗磨剂对湿式铸铁缸套外表面穴蚀的产生和程度的影响。试验从穴蚀的观点出发,在比最差的使用条件还要恶劣得多的运转条件下进行。
Widely used in diesel locomotives, tractors, river boats, marine power plant turbocharger high-speed diesel engine, wet cylinder liner in the course of the process often produce cavitation. Phillip Petroleum Company conducted a series of laboratory tests to determine the effect of adding various anti-freezing agents and anti-wear agents to cavitation on the outer surface of wet cast iron liner. The test was carried out under operating conditions that are far worse than the worst conditions of use from the viewpoint of pitting corrosion.
