我厂生产 E-80、D-7等推土机后绞盘轴及轴套,轴一端有四头梯形螺纹,要求比较高。原先在车床上单刀加工,效率低,光洁度差(仅达▽_4),且劳动强度大,机床磨损快,不适应生产需要。经多次试验,现改用旋风切削法加工(胎具见附图),效果良好,已用于生产。一、结构简介本胎具安装于 C-619车床上。主要由旋风刀架7、夹具体10、底座4、压力板16、皮带轮8及小马达组成。马达为2.5瓩,转速为1400转/分。旋风刀架经皮带轮变速得900转/分转速,刀架上装六把刀,安装刀角见附图。
