为了保证轴承生产中自动循环磨削过程的相对稳定,通常采用定时修整砂轮的方法来保证砂轮表面质量。但在实际生产中,修整器的更换是凭操作者的经验决定的。例如我们在哈尔滨轴承厂做调查时,发现在同样的设备、同样的产品和在同样的磨削用量下,经返回修整生产小组再次加工的修整器,其端部磨损面积竟相差3倍左右。 为克服以上缺点,在保证磨削的质量和生产效率的前提下,我们提出了砂轮修整器“磨钝标准”的概念。
In order to ensure the relative stability of the automatic cycle grinding process in the production of bearings, the method of regularly dressing the grinding wheel is usually adopted to ensure the surface quality of the grinding wheel. However, in actual production, the replacement of the dresser is determined by the operator’s experience. For example, when we did a survey in Harbin Bearing Factory, we found that the dresser on the same equipment, the same product and reworked by the return trimming production team under the same grinding load had a difference of about three times the end wear area. To overcome the above shortcomings, to ensure the quality of grinding and production efficiency under the premise, we put forward the concept of grinding wheel dresser blunt standard.
