为加速研制深井和超深井测井仪器,我们在有关单位的协助下,研制成功一套测井下井仪用的高温高压试验装置。通过对引进仪器的验收和本站新仪器的性能试验,证明该装置性能良好,各项技术指标达到了设计要求。一、主要技术指标高压筒体最高工作压力 1500大气压最高试验温度 200℃高压简体规范(内径×壁厚×长度) φ140×50×10500毫米加热方式电加热器加热介质矿物油加热时间(从常温至200℃) 4.5小时冷却时间(从200℃至90℃) 2.5小时引线插头芯数十芯二、全套装置的组成和结构根据测井下井仪器进行高温高压试验的特点和要求,全套装置的流程如图1所示。
