基于杰里米·沃尔德伦(Jeremy Waldron)《法律——英国政治中的理论与实践》(The Law(Theory and Practice in British Politics))一书的翻译实践,以归类分析书中特殊法律词汇为方法,目的在于使译者在翻译法律文本时更学术化、专业化。其中译例主要分为三大类,一是法律文本中的法律术语翻译。二是法律文本中的求同求异型近义词辨析。三是法律文本中普通词汇的特殊法律意义辨析。对特殊法律词汇的整理辨析有助于规范法律文本翻译,从而增强其学术性与专业性。
Based on the translation practice of Jeremy Waldron’s The Law (Theory and Practice in British Politics) Legal vocabulary is a method that aims to make translators more academic and professional in translating legal texts. The translation examples are mainly divided into three categories, one is the translation of legal terms in legal texts. Second, the legal texts seeking different synonyms and synonyms analysis. Third, analyze the special legal significance of ordinary words in legal texts. The analysis of the special legal vocabulary helps to regulate the translation of legal texts so as to enhance their academic and professional character.
