需求,社会需求,我们在理论上只有一般的、笼统的概念,缺乏具体的认识和分析,因而往往使社会需求管理的宏观经济政策缺乏针对性和有效性。为此,我以为至少应建立需求区域概念,把社会需求划分为积极需求和消极需求两大区域,以便实行分区管理的对策。社会需求按其性质可划分为生活需求和生产需求,按产品类别还可划分为物质产品、精神产品和劳务的需求。这种划分是必耍的。但对加强宏观需求管理的针对性和有效性来说,又显得很不够,有必要进行新的划分。
Needs, and social needs. In theory, we have only general and general concepts and lack of specific understanding and analysis. Therefore, we often lack the relevance and effectiveness of macroeconomic policies on social needs management. To this end, I think at least should establish the concept of demand area, the social needs are divided into two major areas of positive demand and negative demand, in order to implement the district management strategy. By their nature, social needs can be divided into living needs and production needs, and by product category can be divided into physical products, spiritual products and labor needs. This division is necessary. However, it is not enough to strengthen the relevance and effectiveness of macro-demand management and it is necessary to make a new division.
