This article presents an experimental method that best determines the intrinsic anti-sperm motility of compounds to be tested. It reproducibility, fast, economical, suitable for screening large number of compounds. This method is to test compounds with saline and animal serum by 2 ~ n level difference formulated test solution of different concentrations. Under strict control of the test temperature of 37 ℃ conditions, different concentrations of test solution and semen mixed, and 37 ℃ constant temperature conditions, the dark field microscopy, the results were compared. In order to strictly control the test temperature, the author designed a transparent plastic box with a bottom area of 30 × 60 cm, a height of 18 cm and a height of 28 cm.
