随着20世纪80年代交际法的兴起,语言的交际意义和交际功能越来越受到关注,而传统的显性的语法教学模式不断受到指责;在新课标理念指导下,语法教学的目标应与培养学生的综合语言运用能力这一总体目标相契合。因此,英语教学领域甚至出现了英语语法课是否应该存在的怀疑。然而,摒弃一切纯语法操练式教学,单纯通过隐性的语法教学、依靠大量的语言输入和交际,是否能够帮助学习者有效地掌握及运用外语?本文将对这一问题的理论研究基础进行总结与分析,并对交际与语法有机融合的方法进行探索,力求为英语教师的语法课型设计提供新思路。
