用频率统计分析和专家调查等方法筛选循环经济发展经济、环境、社会、资源四个子系统的具体指标,建立循环经济评价指标体系;通过熵的可靠性分析提高评价指标体系的可靠性,并利用相对熵集结模型确定了各指标的权重。对“京津冀”经济区循环经济发展现状进行评价,得出影响“京津冀”经济区循环经济发展的主要因素有:污水处理能力、生活垃圾无害化处理率、人均公园绿地面积、资源回收率、能源综合利用率、煤炭占能源消费总量的比重等。
The paper uses frequency statistics analysis and expert investigation to screen the specific indexes of circular economy development economy, environment, society and resources, and establishes the evaluation index system of recycling economy. By reliability analysis of entropy, the reliability of evaluation index system is improved and utilized The relative entropy aggregation model determines the weight of each index. The main factors affecting the development of circular economy in the “Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei” economic zone include: sewage treatment capacity, harmless treatment rate of domestic garbage, average per capita Park green area, resource recovery, comprehensive utilization of energy, the proportion of coal in total energy consumption and so on.
