通过室内培养法研究了黑钙土B层提取出的纳米粒子对玉米秸秆残体在不同培养时期腐解形成的不同组分产物含量的变化,并采用傅里叶变换红外光谱法对产物组成进行了表征。结果表明:黑钙土纳米粒子的加入在玉米秸秆腐解培养的前期和后期皆显著降低了水溶性有机化合物(WOM)的含量,主要是减少了水溶性胡敏酸(WHA)的含量,对小分子有机化合物(WLOM)生成则有促进作用。
The indoor culture method was used to study the changes of the contents of different components of corn stalk residues extracted from B-layer extracted by different layers. The products were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) Characterization. The results showed that the content of water-soluble organic compounds (WOM) was decreased obviously by the addition of Chernozem in the early and late stages of corn stalk decomposition culture, and the content of water-soluble humic acid (WHA) The formation of small molecule organic compounds (WLOM) is promoted.
