应用小白鼠17只,分为弱、强两作用组及对照组进行了实验。方法是先将一侧前肢人工骨折,然后弱、强两作用组分别用频率为8000次/秒与18000次/秒的载波射流作用于骨折局部。每天一次,每次5分,分别于实验10天与17天后取材观察。实验结果表明,不论是大体观察、X射线摄影所见以及组织学检查,弱、强两作用组与对照组的各种变化相似。因此,我们的初步结论是:载波射流对骨折的癒合没有明显的影响。
Seventeen mice were used and the experiments were divided into weak and strong two-effect groups and control groups. The method is to artificially fracture one forelimb on one side, and then use a carrier jet with a frequency of 8000 beats/sec and 18,000 beats/sec on the fracture site. Once a day, 5 minutes each time, observations were taken 10 days and 17 days after the experiment. The experimental results show that, regardless of the general observation, X-ray photography and histological examination, the weak and strong two-effect group and the control group have similar changes. Therefore, our preliminary conclusion is that carrier jets have no significant effect on the healing of fractures.
