随着社会的高度发展,众多学子以特长生的身份进入各大高校。尤其是音乐特长生,高中音乐特长生往往注重训练,轻视对好的行为习惯以及音乐素养的培养。尽管同样是高中学子,但在文化素养以及音乐造诣、道德修养等方面却存在许多偏差,因而特长生的指导教师应当注重对学生自身品格的培养,鼓励学生全面发展,形成良好的人生观、价值观,同时根据学生自身特点的不同进行教学管理,有效地培养学生的集体荣誉感。
