足月新生儿早期肺功能主要指标变化

测定健康足月新生儿出生早期肺功能主要指标 ,为临床提供正常参考值。方法 :应用Biocore CP- 1 0 0新生儿肺功能仪 ,对 1 2 9例生后一天及 5 0例生后三天的足月新生儿进行肺功能测定。第一天组胎龄 39.2± 1 .1周 ,出生体重 3381± 2 5 8g;第三天组胎龄 38.7± 1 .1周 ,出生体重 34 5 1± 2 85 g。结果表示 :第一天组潮气量 4.6± 1 .4ml/kg,每分通气量 0 .2 1± 0 .0 8L/( mim· kg) ,动态肺顺应性 0 .1 4± 0 .0 6 ml/( k Pa· kg)〔1 .4± 0 .6 ml/( cm H2 O· kg)〕,气道阻力 3.8± 1 .9k Pa/( L· S)〔39.1± 1 9.0 cm H2 O/( L· S)〕,呼吸功 1 8.9± 1 0 .9g· cm/kg;第三天组潮气量 4.8± 1 .4ml/kg,每分通气量 0 .2 3± 0 .0 7L/( min· kg) ,动态肺顺应性 0 .1 5±0 .0 5 ml/( k Pa· kg)〔1 .5± 0 .5 ml/( cm H2 O· kg)〕,气道阻力 3.7± 2 .0 k Pa/( LS)〔38.1± 2 0 .5 cm H2 /( L· S)〕及呼吸功 1 6 .8± 9.6 g* cm/kg。两组肺功能结果均无显著差异 ( P>0 .0 5 )。本文新生儿肺功能结果似可作为新生儿早期肺功能正常参考值 Determination of healthy early-term neonatal early lung function of the main indicators for the clinical to provide a normal reference value. Methods: A total of 129 neonates with full-term newborns who were born one day after birth and 50 after birth were assessed for lung function using the Biocore CP-100 neonatal pulmonary function test. On the first day, the gestational age was 39.2 ± 1.1 weeks and the birth weight was 3381 ± 258 g. On the third day, the gestational age was 38.7 ± 1. 1 week, and the birth weight was 34 5 1 ± 2 85 g. The results showed that the tidal volume on the first day was 4.6 ± 1.4ml / kg, the ventilation rate per minute was 0.21 ± 0.08L / (mim · kg), dynamic lung compliance was 0.14 ± 0.06 ml / (kPa · kg) (1.4 ± 0.6 ml / (cm H 2 O · kg)], airway resistance 3.8 ± 1 .9 k Pa / (L · S) [39.1 ± 1 9.0 cm H 2 O / (L · S)〕, respiratory work 1 8.9 ± 1.09g · cm / kg; tidal volume on the third day group 4.8 ± 1.4ml / kg, minute ventilation 0.23 ± 0.07L / (min · kg), dynamic lung compliance was 0.15 ± 0.50 ml / (kPa · kg) (1.5 ± 0.5 ml / (cm H 2 O · kg)], airway resistance was 3.7 ± 2 .0 k Pa / (LS) [38.1 ± 20.5 cm H2 / (L · S)], and respiratory work was 1.68 ± 9.6 g * cm / kg. There was no significant difference in lung function between the two groups (P> 0.05). This newborn lung function results may be used as a normal reference value of early neonatal pulmonary function
