《篆隸萬象名義》(以下簡稱《名義》)是日本釋空海在南朝梁顧野王《玉篇》的基礎上編寫的一部漢文字書。《名義》保存了原本《玉篇》的基本面貌,書中所載反切對研究中古時期的語音頗有意義,所存義訓在訓詁學上也很有參考價值~①。傳世本《名義》是鳥羽永久二年(宋徽宗政和四年,公元1114年)的傳寫本,書中存在着大量的俗體、訛字,給人們利用
