Double-stranded RNA (dsRNA) -mediated post-transcriptional gene silencing (PTGS) is widespread in the organism. PTGS is a gene silencing caused by blocking the translation of proteins by initiating the introduction of nucleic acids into cells, stimulating dsRNA production, small interfering (siRNA) formation and mRNA-specific degradation. It is specific, efficient and so on. Studies have shown that, PTGS and cell growth and development, maintaining genetic stability and resistance to invasion of foreign nucleic acid, so for the study of the etiology, development and treatment of hematological malignancies has important value.
