本文研究了冷冻对移植性肿瘤生长的影响。发现冷冻HCA实体瘤,除原瘤生长受抑制外,可能产生肿瘤特异移植免疫,以抑制再种瘤生长。此种能力大致在冷冻后10天较显著。瘤体完全冻消者其抑制再种瘤的能力比未冻消者强。冷冻正常组织抑制HCA实体瘤生长的能力微弱。HCA实体瘤与S_180肉瘤之间无交叉免疫。
This article studied the effect of freezing on the growth of transplanted tumors. The discovery of frozen HCA solid tumors, in addition to the suppression of tumor growth, may produce tumor-specific graft immunity to inhibit replant tumor growth. This ability is more pronounced at 10 days after freezing. The ability of the tumor to completely repopulate the tumor was stronger than that of the unfrozen one. The ability of freezing normal tissues to inhibit the growth of HCA solid tumors is weak. There was no cross immunity between HCA solid tumors and S_180 sarcoma.
