肠易激综合征(IBS)是临床常见病之一,治疗效果多不满意。1993年7月至1995年3月我们对86例肠易激综合征患者进行了治疗,结果报告如下。 1 资料与方法 1.1 一般资料 86例IBS均为门诊或住院患者,双盲法随机分为治疗组和对照组,各43例,其中男33例,女53例,年龄23～57y,平均38.6y。所有病例均符合以下标准:病程>2a,一般状况良好,以腹痛、腹泻为主,粪便中带粘液,伴神经官能症,时有便秘,腹泻交替;乙状结肠曲易触及、压痛,大便常规
Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) is one of the common clinical diseases, the treatment effect is not satisfied. From July 1993 to March 1995 we treated 86 patients with irritable bowel syndrome, the results are reported below. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 General Information 86 cases of IBS are outpatient or inpatient, double-blind method were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 43 cases each, including 33 males and 53 females, aged 23-57y with an average of 38.6y .
