这届代表大会是有特殊意义的一次会议,由于管理体制的变化,学会会员单位的构成,由原来都是一个系统的,现在变成了一个大系统,由石油石化系统的一些企事业单位、中央和地方所属石油院校共同参加。这充分体现出,是石油教育事业,使大家一如既往地聚集在一起;教育部有关领导和一些行业协会的领导也出席了这次大会;这是一件令人高兴的事,对此,我向大会表示热烈的祝贺,并预祝大会圆满成功！
