脑血管外的病因是高血压和动脉粥样硬化,而止血及凝血系统的变化与动脉硬化的发生、发展关系密切。现代研究还表明ⅧR:Ag系由血管内皮合成和释放,动脉硬化时血浆ⅧR:Ag升高。升高原因与血管内皮损伤后ⅧR:Ag合成增加或释放增多有关。所以ⅧR:Ag升高是血管内皮受累的标志之一,在某种程度上可反映血管内皮受累及的程度。脑血管意外的病人绝大部分都有高血压和动脉粥样硬化,血管内皮均有不同程度损伤。本文旨在通过对46例脑血管意外患者ⅧR:Ag的测定,来探讨其临床意义。材料与方法一、病例选择:46例脑血管意外病例均
Cerebrovascular disease is the cause of hypertension and atherosclerosis, and hemostasis and coagulation system changes and atherosclerosis occurrence and development are closely related. Modern research also shows that Ⅷ R: Ag is synthesized and released by the vascular endothelium, and plasma Ⅷ R: Ag is elevated during atherosclerosis. The cause of the increase is related to the increased synthesis or release of Ⅷ R: Ag after vascular endothelial injury. So Ⅷ R: Ag is one of the signs of vascular endothelial involvement, to some extent, reflect the extent of vascular endothelial involvement. The vast majority of patients with cerebrovascular accidents have high blood pressure and atherosclerosis, vascular endothelial injury in varying degrees. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the clinical significance of Ⅷ R: Ag in 46 patients with cerebrovascular accident. Materials and methods First, the case selection: 46 cases of cerebrovascular accident were
