通过跳台法及比色法 ,观测脑健胶囊对东莨菪碱 (Scop)所致小鼠学习记忆功能及单胺氧化酶 (MAO)的影响。在实验中与造模组相比 ,预防组小鼠触电潜伏期明显延长 ,5min错误次数明显减少 ;MAO活力显著降低 (P <0 .0 1)。说明脑健胶囊对小鼠学习记忆有明显改善作用
The effect of Naojian Capsule on learning and memory function and monoamine oxidase (MAO) in mice induced by scopolamine was observed by the method of step-down and colorimetry. Compared with the model group in the experiment, the electric shock latency of the prophylactic group was significantly prolonged, the number of errors at 5 min was significantly reduced, and the MAO activity was significantly reduced (P < 0.01).
