制备了壳聚糖填充的BR/EPDM共混胶,研究了壳聚糖对胶料硫化特性、力学性能、脱模性能及相形态的影响。结果表明,壳聚糖能协同过氧化物促进橡胶的硫化,随着壳聚糖用量的增加,硫化速度指数增大,当壳聚糖用量为10份时,在175℃,3min出现返原现象,硫化速度指数较未添加时提高了53%。添加壳聚糖较大程度影响了硫化胶的力学性能;随着壳聚糖用量的增加,硫化胶的撕裂强度直线增大,用量为5份时,撕裂强度达到19.60kN/m,较未添加时提高了近1倍;随着壳聚糖用量的进一步增大,撕裂强度存在波动性回落,但最低值达到9.57kN/m,较未添加时提高了近5kN/m。壳聚糖对硫化胶热态下脱模性能有较大影响,用量为5份时,脱模效果最好。
The chitosan-filled BR / EPDM blends were prepared. The effects of chitosan on the vulcanization properties, mechanical properties, mold release properties and phase morphology were studied. The results showed that chitosan synergized with peroxide to promote the vulcanization of rubber. With the increase of the dosage of chitosan, the vulcanization speed index increased. When the dosage of chitosan was 10, the reversion phenomenon occurred at 175 ℃ for 3 min , And the vulcanization speed index increased by 53% compared with that without addition. The addition of chitosan greatly affected the mechanical properties of the vulcanizates. With the increase of the amount of chitosan, the tear strength of the vulcanizates increased linearly. When the dosage was 5 parts, the tear strength reached 19.60 kN / m. With the increase of the amount of chitosan, the tear strength fluctuated downwards, but the lowest value reached 9.57kN / m, which was nearly 5kN / m higher than that without adding. Chitosan has a great influence on the release properties of vulcanizate in hot state. When the amount of chitosan is 5 parts, the release effect is the best.
