本文用实例说明规划对房地产价格的影响。指出房地产价格调控除一般政策手段外,应辅以规划调控手段,控制房地产供应的总量与结构,实现对房地产业宏观调控的“软着陆”。并提出“阳光规划”的对策建议。
This paper uses examples to illustrate the impact of planning on real estate prices.
