现代化的企业一定是特别重视管理现代化的,管理的现代化不仅仅是要求提升管理的硬件水平,更大程度上需要改善企业的人才管理和绩效管理等软件水平。为了更好提升企业管理效率,企业纷纷探寻绩效管理的手段和绩效管理的优化思路,中金岭南公司凡口铅锌矿于2008年开始就开始逐步探索和实施绩效管理,绩效管理探索过程中有了自身的一些体系和看法,但是仍然有持续优化的地方。由此,本文主要探讨凡口铅锌矿绩效管理的亮点时,提出持续优化绩效管理的措施,以便于后续落实。
