作者报道了17例疑有原发性甲减新生儿的检查结果。其中男性3例,女性12例,均足月分娩,体重在3050~5500克之间,另2例女性早产儿,体重分别为1420克及2030克。11例于出生后1个月内,6例在2个月内进行检查。3例病人有甲状腺疾病的家属史,无1例婴儿发现有合并畸形或其它内分泌疾病,也未触到甲状腺肿大。全部病人除作临床、神经病学及实验室检查外,还作了~(99m)Tc甲状腺闪烁照相,血清TSH、T_3、游离T_3、T_4、游离T_4和TBG的测定。甲状腺照相应用~(99m)TcO_4~-,剂量不超过300μCi(11.1MBq),静脉注射,15分钟后进行检查。结果:17例检查的病人中,其中5例(29.4%)于初生1个耳进行检查,未显示甲状腺存在;8例(47.1%)婴儿显示异位甲状腺,甲状腺位于舌根
The authors reported 17 cases of suspected hypothyroidism neonatal examination results. Among them, 3 were males and 12 were females. All of them were delivered in full-term, weighing between 3050 and 5500 grams. The other 2 women with preterm infants weighing 1420 grams and 2030 grams respectively. Eleven cases were within 1 month after birth and 6 cases were examined within 2 months. Three patients had a history of family history of thyroid disease. None of the infants found a combined deformity or other endocrine disease and did not touch goiter. All patients except for clinical, neurological and laboratory tests, but also made ~ (99m) Tc thyroid scintigraphy, serum TSH, T_3, free T_3, T_4, free T_4 and TBG determination. Thyroid application ~ (99m) TcO_4 ~, dose not exceeding 300μCi (11.1MBq), intravenous injection, 15 minutes after the check. RESULTS: Among the 17 patients examined, 5 (29.4%) were examined at the first birth of the ear and did not show the presence of thyroid; 8 (47.1%) infants showed ectopic thyroid, thyroid gland at tongue base
