结合改性聚合物材料的实际使用工况,结合数字图像相关法(DIC),对车用前保险杠外罩材料聚丙烯+三元乙丙橡胶(PP+EPDM-TD10)进行应变率为准静态(0.000 6 s~(-1))、1 s~(-1)、25 s~(-1)、90 s~(-1)的拉伸试验。得到材料在各应变率下的应力-应变信息。分析该材料的拉伸破坏过程,以及应变率对其力学性能影响。结果表明,应变率对黏弹性材料聚丙烯(PP)+三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)-TD10的断裂应力、断裂应变、屈服应力和流变应力影响较大。根据改进的Erying理论模型,结合试验数据得出该材料的屈服应力与应变率之间函数模型。
Combined with the actual working conditions of modified polymer materials and the digital image correlation method (DIC), the strain rate of polypropylene + EPDM-TD10 for the front bumper cover of the car is quasi-static (0.000 6 s -1), 1 s -1, 25 s -1 and 90 s -1. The stress-strain information of the material at each strain rate is obtained. The tensile failure process and the effect of strain rate on its mechanical properties were analyzed. The results show that strain rate has a great influence on the fracture stress, fracture strain, yield stress and flow stress of viscoelastic material PP + EPDM-TD10. According to the improved Erying theoretical model and the experimental data, a functional model of the material between yield stress and strain rate is obtained.
