高强度热轧(新Ⅲ级)变形钢筋DB/1300H44 1-87地方标准于87年6月开始在承德钢铁厂采用,目前正在转产推用,以积累数据和接受实物认证工作。该标准主要特点:(1)采用22MnSiv取代原来25MnSiv所执行的英国标准BS4449-78标准。该钢号化学成份范围为:C—0.19～0.25％,Mn—1.2～1.6％,Si—0.4～0.8％,V—0.05～O.12％,可见碳含量范围较窄。要求在保证机械性能合格情况下,成份下限不限。 High-strength hot-rolled (new grade Ⅲ) deformed steel DB / 1300H44 1-87 Local standards were adopted at Chengde Iron & Steel Co., Ltd. in June 1987 and are currently being rolled over to accumulate data and receive physical certification. The main features of the standard: (1) the use of 22MnSiv replaced the original 25MnSiv implementation of the British Standard BS4449-78 standard. The chemical composition of the steel range: C-0.19 ~ 0.25%, Mn-1.2 ~ 1.6%, Si-0.4 ~ 0.8%, V-0.05 ~ O.12%, showing a narrow range of carbon content. Requirements in ensuring the mechanical properties of qualified cases, the composition limit is not limited.
